Sep 1, 2017Langbehn, Walter F. Jr. "Sonny" Walter F. "Sonny" Langbehn, Jr., 80, of Elkhorn, NE died on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in Elkhorn. Sonny was born in Omaha, NE on January 3, 1937, the son of Walter and Julia (Naye) Langbehn, Sr. He was united in marriage to Donna M. Lundin on May 2, 1964 at Wakefield, NE. Sonny worked for many years with Carlisle Builders, where he constructed commercial buildings. Sonny is survived by his wife Donna of Elkhorn, NE, a sister Joyce Petkosek of Albuquerque, NM, nephew John Petkosek and many cousins. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 2pm at First Covenant Church located at 201 N. 90th St. in Omaha. THE FUNERAL for Sonny will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 1pm at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Wakefield. THE VISITATION will begin at 12pm at the church.
